About the company
The company's head office is located in scenic and expansive Väderstad in Sweden. We are 15 people working in the communication department and we are responsible for leading and developing our global communication work. We collaborate with colleagues at our 14 wholly owned subsidiaries around the world.
In the newly created role of Content Manager/Communicator you will be taking on an inspiring and key role in our company. You will independently be undertaking both strategic and operational communication work involving a great deal of responsibility and a large network. You will work on media relations, planning and conducting media activities, writing internal and external texts, and you will be responsible for running major PR and communication projects.

The role
Your main duties as Content Manager will involve: Planning and prioritising group-wide internal and external communication activities Producing and publishing content for our internal and external communication channels, such as newsletters, the intranet, social media and press releases - always based on our communication strategy Being involved in the development of our new digital workplace, the next generation of intranet Planning and organising media events, interviews and press conferences Developing, supporting and educating others about Väderstad's work on communicative leadership Acting as an internal driver and advisor in the field of communication
You will report to the head of Corporate Communication. You will work closely with other colleagues in the communication organisation and with other parts of the business in order to strengthen our brand and support our business processes.
Your profile
As a person, you will need to be a relationship builder who is results-oriented but also flexible. You will also need to have an analytical ability to handle and respond to deadlines and situations as they arise. Furthermore, you will need to be creative, strategic and tactically smart and have a good stylistic ability when it comes to producing texts.
To be successful in this role, you will need several years of experience in both strategic and operational communication work with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience acquired at an international company would be an advantage. We expect you to have a relevant degree in media and communication or journalism.
As we are a global company, in addition to Swedish, you will also need to be proficient in both written and spoken English.
