hela Sverige iDeal Of Sweden is looking for a talented Content Manager to join its growing marketing team. You will report into, and work closely with, the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Art Director to create the new brand identity for iDeal Of Sweden through the creation and management of all visual and written assets across all media including web, wholesale, social media, and other customer touch points. As Content Manager, you will build a bridge between the marketing and graphic design departments and secure that both internal and external stakeholders and agencies are equipped with top-notch material that follows brand guidelines.
As a Content Manager, you will make sure that all content on our digital platform is world class and that our ads in social media are breathtaking. You want to increase our customer engagement and achieve higher conversion results. You'll constantly oversee all marketing initiatives related to content to ensure high end-user engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience. You will make sure that our homepage is up to date at all times by creating, editing, posting and renewing any outdated content.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals
• Manage and update a library of creative assets (templates, images, presentations, copys, ads etc) which shall be in line with the marketing plan and brand guidelines
• Create and publish engaging content both on-page and in marketing channels
• Optimize content according to SEO, CR, engagement and customer experience
• Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout designs
• Manage written assets, such as translations, ad copys, product texts etc
• Be a contact person for a variety of stakeholders for planning, management, and production of content (digital, photography, social, video, print items, promotional materials)
• Build & develop a strong external network of freelancers, agencies, and other suppliers. Be aware of market prices and negotiate and challenge where necessary
• Manage content distribution to all marketing channels, social media platforms, and on-page
• Show strong project management skills, and work closely with the rest of the team and company
• Stay up to date with industry trends, and create, develop and pitch innovative formats and concepts
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in content management, graphic design, content creation, and copywriting
• Entrepreneurial mindset & strong conceptual thinking
• A passion for storytelling through visuals and engaging formats
• Hands on experience with MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and WordPress
• High proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Proven ability in content creation with commercial requirements
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Social Media Native
• Vast interest in fashion and lifestyle
• Capacity to plan and multitask, exceptionally well organized and efficient
• Calm under pressure and enjoys a challenge, and acts as a role model for others
• Enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment
