As Content Designer, you will be a part of the Academy team consisting of five dedicated employees. The members of our team are devoted to management and delivery of training, ensuring that CellaVision's learner population is offered appropriate learning opportunities and tools for training. The population is a broad group of global stakeholders, from CellaVision's own staff, to product users and partners, as well as Morphology educators and students in the field.
This position is a new role within the company that offers an excellent opportunity to take initiative and create content from scratch. You'll be able to see your creations evolve from idea to finished publication, with the support and expertise of talented colleagues in an innovative, friendly work environment.
What you'll do
• Develop content in such a way that makes CellaVision products simple to understand
• Create graphics and illustrations for technical drawings for manuals and training materials in various formats
• Write and create Elearning and training content to meet learning needs
• Work in close collaboration with engineers and marketing professionals internally to define the messages that new content should convey
• Suggest opportunities to add or improve content
• Advocate for content, informing stakeholders and colleagues of its importance to a project
What you'll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• A good ability to understand complex technical systems and convert CAD-drawings to accessible and usable content that meet user needs
• Confidence in doing graphics and illustrations for technical drawings
• Proven experience translating complex content into impactful eLearning and training material
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid experience working with an LMS
• Highly proficient user in design programs such as Adobe Illustrator & Autodesk Inventor

This is a full-time position based at CellaVision HQ in Lund, Sweden, where we have new offices with good infrastructure and commuting possibilities. You will report to Manager Global Training located in the U.S. and ideally start this job in early 2020.
