The role:We work cross-functional, and you will collaborate and co-create with other creatives as well as with project managers, copywriters, senior art directors, and SEO-analysts. As a team, we are constantly thinking about how we can help our clients reach their business goals through our offerings. Your voice will be one of many which will help shape our ongoing transformation. We are looking for a team player that can help us be proud of our deliveries and make magic with design.
We are looking for a Content Creator, or Junior Art Director, to join our team in Malmö.
Your responsibilities as a Content Creator include generating ideas for new content and designing assets for marketing campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, etc. Visual communication for all stages of the customer journey. You will work with well-known international consumer brands, mostly within the beauty sector, and you're probably on top of the latest digital trends. Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and Youtube is where it's at.
Foremost, you'll deliver quality design, creative editing, and precise content adaptations to our audiences to boost brand awareness and drive conversion. Design engaging marketing material to promote products and brands. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and contribute with new ideas to make it attractive and relatable for the target audience. Use your craft to create emotion and spark interest to take action. Ensure all-around consistency in brand look & feel. Advice, recommend, and support our clients in content related questions.
Who are you?You are yourself at first of course, and you do not need to have it all, we want you to learn and develop. Curiosity is key. And with the right mindset everything is possible. Some of these experiences are a good start:
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Junior Art Director, or similar role
Portfolio with well thought out and designed content for social channels
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on After Effects and Photoshop
Great editing and animation skills
Solid graphic design skills and the ability to read and follow brand guidelines
Basic knowledge of communication strategy for social channels
Minimum 2-year creative industry experience.
If you have light knowledge of copywriting, it's a plus. And if you are a multi-talent moving confidently across both design and copy, we will tailor this role to you.
