In this role you will play an important part in the success of the major project release within HR Lantmännen Globally. You will support in communication and training by writing, packaging, editing and designing communication material and trainings as well as user guides, . Depending on your experience level the role can be tailored to include more responsibilities.
In this role, You will for example:
- Create, write and package communication material
- Support in planning and execute on go-live activities for the project release
- Update intranet information (in sharepoint)
- Create instruction videos on system for different stakeholders
- Create training materials such as quick-guides
- Support training webinars
You probably:
- Have excellent English skills, both speaking and writing
- Are talented in writing comprehensive and uncomplicated texts
- Like to arrange pictures and color-schemes to create nice design
- Have a strong interest in working with communication and want to work as a copy or similar in the future
- See this as a great way to get hands-on experience and a foot in the door to a huge global company
As you are probably studying alongside this job, we expect you to spend around 15-20h/week from start (which is as soon as possible) throughout October this year, with potential possibilities to prolong. We will offer possibilities for a flexible schedule and vacation during July if you wish. The job will be primarily, if not solely, conducted online so You could be based basically anywhere you wish. The primary project team is based in Stockholm, but is also currently working remotely.

About the project
We are launching a new organizational management platform for all our employees and managers at Lantmännen, meaning around 10 000 end-users. The system we are implementing in this project is called "Workday" and is a best-in-class People Management Tool supporting most of HR processes. The project started in late November and will go live in mid-October this year. The project team consists of both IT and HR employees from Lantmännen.
