Contact Center Coordinator to Customer in Kista
As a Contact Center coordinator, working for our customer in Kista, you are responsible of coordinating information between all relevant roles in SENA and the Contact Center. As a Contact Center Coordinator you will supervise the performance and quality provided by the outsourced Contact center through reports and analyses, such as QA, mystery call etc, being conducted by the Contact Center and other 3rd party suppliers, and work together with the supporting teams on improvements and actions needed.

You will work with such as..
* Practice excellent communication skills to process and coordinate all kind of information relevant to Contact Center.
* Run projects related to the Contact Center operation.
* Monitor KPI and take action when needed.
* Analyze agent quality result done via different channels and set up actions for improvements.
* Analyze information data where applicable (Top questions, good/bad information, sharing, on-time et cetera)
You with external contacts such as SENA Contact centers, B2B support, retailers in some extent and internal contact such as SENA CS, PM's incl technical experts, sales dept, digital team.

This is a consultant job. You will get an employment with Manpower and work for our customer in Kista. You will work fulltime, Monday to Friday during office hours. The job is expected to start as soon as possible and will last for 6 months to cover up for a parental leave.

Who are you?

We are looking for a talented, service-oriented person with Contact Center experience, as preferably team leader or higher. You are well oriented in the after sales market, preferably within consumer electronics. You do have the ability see 'the whole picture' along with details.

We are looking for you who has a completed high school degree within a relevant field for the job and has well-developed analytical skills from previous experience. You are target oriented and are always looking forward. You do have a high level of integrity and the ability to say no if needed, even though you are service minded. You like to work on your own as well as working closely with colleagues. You are a problem solver and can identify opportunities for improvements and suitable solutions.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and in speaking. You do have excellent computer skills.
