MultiMind is now looking for an Contact Center Coordinator to work with coordinating information between all relevant roles in SENA and our client's Contact Center. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity at a world-leading consumer electronics company starting as soon as possible until August.

About the role The Contact Center Coordinator supervises the performance and quality provided by the outsourced Contact Center through reports and analyses, such as QA, mystery calls etc., being conducted by the Contact Center and other 3 rd party suppliers, and work together with the supporting teams on improvements and actions needed.

Key tasks and responsibilities Process and coordinate all kind of information relevant to Contact Center.
Run projects related to the Contact Center operation.
Monitor KPI and take action when needed.
Analyze agent quality result done via different channels and set up actions for improvements.
Analyze information data where applicable (Top questions, good/bad information, sharing, on-time et cetera).
The profile We are looking for a driven, analytical and self-going Contact Center Coordinator, who works well in a high-paced environment. Through paying attention to detail, while never loosing sight of the bigger picture, the Contact Center Coordinator ensures that all problems are solved in a timely manner. Being proactive, the Contact Center Coordinator is focused on identifying opportunities for improvement, and taking action accordingly.

More specifically, we are looking for the following profile:

College ("gymnasium") degree
Contact center experience, as preferably team leader or higher
Well oriented in the after sales market, preferably within consumer electronics
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and verbally
