About the position
Perido is looking for a Consumer Relations Agent for a position at one of our clients, a major company and well-known name in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position situated in Torslanda, Gothenburg with a scope of 100%.
Your daily tasks
Your responsibility is to consistently deliver an outstanding and personalized customer experience that meets the needs of current and future consumers. This is done by communicating with consumers based on their needs via chat, phone, email, and social media to understand their request/question and find a viable solution with a high level of service. When working directly with customers, you are the face of the company, and you are an important link between the company, customers, and suppliers on a global level.
Furthermore, the work will involve lead generation, delegation, and follow-up of leads to ensure that they are used effectively. It's important to prioritize and escalate customers' feedback and feature requests to relevant internal teams. Your role also includes continuously and actively identifying, proposing, and driving activities with stakeholders within and outside the Customer Care organization to further improve the quality and efficiency of the processes.
Your characteristics
Experience is important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone who's humble and respectful, with a genuine interest in customer service. You know how to deliver service at a high level. You feel comfortable in contact with customers and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are solution-oriented, results-driven and have high integrity. To succeed in this assignment, you ought to have a very good ability to cooperate and be a flexible team player who thrives when working with others. To conclude: Passion for people is important, passion for cars is a bonus!

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Know how to work CRM systems (Salesforce etc.)
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, in English and at least one Nordic language
Meritorious
Driver's license
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment through Perido until 2023-06-30. Start as soon as possible.
