Apple is looking for an extraordinary individual to work as a Sales Lead for Consumer market who will lead and further develop Apple's channel strategy for the Retail market in Sweden.
You will work with the Apple Premium Resellers (APR), Telco partners, Distributors and multi branded organisations to grow Apple's business across all the lines including iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, Services and Accessories.
You will also work with sales planning and marketing teams on local implementation of training initiatives and deployment of retail programs, building a network of extraordinary branded Apple shops.
You will ensure their staff develop the same forward-thinking style, love of technology, and real passion for Apple.

• You have a strong sales background with success growing a business with retail customers.
• Proven ability to craft strategies for sustaining profitable growth how business financials work is important and are key to staying ahead of the competition.
• As a go to person with leadership, you are trusted and comfortable in tough situations. You can settle disputes, negotiations and own the hard calls with minimal noise. You empower others to learn, to be curious and ultimately, share your passion for the Apple story.
• You have the rigour required for effective sales forecasting, driving solid pipeline velocity, account planning and business reviews.

Job Description
You will lead a Retail team and overall business roadmap for Apple's consumer business focused on growing sales while creating and managing the strategic partnerships with the major Retail players in Sweden.
You will achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and be an authority in understanding and driving sales through the retail channels through ambitious positioning of products in consumer offers.
Being aware of emerging trends and understand how to build and capitalise on opportunities.
To assist worldwide partner marketing team in deploying local marketing and merchandising initiatives.
Coordinating above the line marketing activities ensuring compliance and appropriate use of our creative assets provided by Apple Marketing teams.
Implementing end-customer demand generation programs, using the retail channel, to drive growth of our products.
Utilise analytics and performance metrics to develop and execute on growth programs, insights and opportunities.
To play a strategic role for negotiations with our partners and ensure we have agreed and signed the terms and conditions of the agreed retail framework.
You will be accountable for development of the plan of the accounts forecasting requirements to deliver efficient supply and inventory levels.
