Your contribution will be through leading the Consumer Insight & Business Analytics team in deriving, concluding and deploying consumer and business insights across all Consumer Connectivity service products and projects. As a key player in the leadership team, you will be a role model for a consumer-centric, collaborative and agile team culture - thus attracting, engaging and retaining the best talent.
The position is a role within the Consumer Insights & Business Analytics team (CI&BA) in the Consumer Connected Services (CCS) Organization. The role reports to Director Consumer Insights & Business Analytics.
Main responsibilities
• Actively contribute to identifying and describing key consumer pain points and added value potential for luxury car consumers
• Actively monitor relevant consumer trends
• Actively inject customer and consumer trend information across the CCS-team and respective projects
• Act as a though-leader for consumer insights on digital services across Market Intelligence, Regions, Product Strategy, Corporate Communications, Global Marketing, and other key business units within VCC
• Prepare guidelines and define initiatives for quantitative, qualitative, and ethnographic customer research to ensure a solid base for consumer insight development in concept projects
• In collaboration with MI and/or other affected organizations, deploy consumer research initiatives
Required qualifications
• Has an academic degree in the area of consumer research
• Fluent in major languages, e.g. English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Has consumer research & marketing experience, gained through 5+ years of marketing & research positions in ad agencies, sales company or similar
• Has a global mindset and international experience
• Experience from consumer facing industries
• Has well developed negotiation skills for agency interaction

• Has a creative spirit but combines this successfully with ability to demonstrate business acumen
