Are you a passionate digital marketing professional that is looking for new challenges? MultiMind is looking for a Consumer Experience Lead for our client, which is a leading consumer electronics company.

This is a 1-year consultancy opportunity, starting beginning of May.

The Role As a Consumer Experience Lead you will be supporting development and executing key activities of the Nordic Marketing Activity Plan for product launches and always-on communication, to establish our client as the most innovative brand in the Nordic market and increase consumer demand for HA (Home Appliances) products across the Nordics.

You will be executing activities across key consumer touchpoints such as the client's website, Social Media and CRM platforms as well as consumer events in all Nordic countries.

You will also be developing and maintaining Nordic Social Media and CRM calendar, securing effective always-on and cross-category communication while synchronizing with and supporting product launch programs.



Main tasks & responsibilities

Supporting Category Marketing Managers in developing and executing the Nordic Marketing Activity Plan for product launch and always-on communication for the Nordic markets.
Developing and maintaining Always-on Calendar for the client's owned channels across the Nordic markets, including the website Social Media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and CRM in collaboration with agencies and the category team.
Execution of marketing activities and assets across consumer touchpoints with a focus on the client's owned channels. Includes successfully deploying and maintaining Discover pages, product pages and traffic drivers on the website; pushing effective and timely Social Media posts; leading CRM newsletter production and delivery; and project-managing consumer events
Planning, developing and adapting creatives to support and reinforce aspirational and emotional brand perception
Supporting Category Marketing Managers and indirectly Customer Marketing Managers by adapting website, social media and CRM assets for inclusion in channel communication toolkits as needed.
Briefing and project management of creative, digital, community management and action marketing agencies within SENA network. Together with agencies finding and maintaining a suitable and consistent brand tonality and product messaging across consumer touchpoints.
Follow up and evaluate activities on e.g. website Social Media, CRM and event on a regular basis. Especially via digital KPI dashboards provided by digital platform colleagues to secure effective and efficient always-on and campaign communication in owned channels. Continuously improve digital learning for the whole category team to apply in future communication.


Your profile Qualifications:

University degree, preferably with a major in Marketing
Project Management excellence
Ability to identify and apply Consumer Insights and Content Marketing best practices
Analytical skills - including for turning digital marketing statistics into simple, effective and actionable guidance
Experience from managing the digital consumer experience
Application/IT skills - Adobe Photoshop/Dreamweaver, experienced in CMS- platforms, SEO/SEM and basic HTML coding are strong merits
MS Office, mainly Excel, PPT
Fluent in at least one Nordic language (preferably Swedish), plus English
Understanding mechanics on how to build strong emotional and aspirational brands
Independent and self-managing - identifying and proposing solutions to challenges/opportunities
Experience and skills:

Structured with an ability to manage multiple priorities and short deadlines
Creativity in problem-solving and marketing
Mindset of using functionality and system as a sales supporting tool
Take own initiatives and drive implementation

It is a merit if you have:

Experience from leading FMCG or Consumer Electronics/Telecom company
Experience of briefing/managing creative agencies and executing digital consumer campaigns
Experience from a Nordic matrix organization
Excellent presentation skills
