THE GLOBAL ENGINEER PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
The Electrolux Global Engineer Program (GEP) is a proactive initiative that brings together young engineering talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.

As part of the Global Quality Leadership Team, reporting to Head of Global Quality & PMO, and in teamship with Full Quality Organization in global and BAs, you will run the job of Consumer Experience and Data Analyst.
You will be the connection a key interface between Quality members, Customers and Consumers.
As expert of Data Analytics and Digital tools You will support improvements of quality product, Services and Quality methodologies.
A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
Your focus will be the following:
• Collect and analyse data and consumers feedback, based on the data from company quality reporting systems,
• Cooperation with the Quality organisation to collect and analyse market specific opportunities and support and initiate appropriate improvement activities,
• Develop digital tools to sharpen our current tool-
• Benchmark with other organisations and companies, to identify and deploy best practice solutions in Quality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• We are searching for a talented person ready to start an experience in Quality and Digital area.
• University degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• It is a plus the understanding of the manufacturing process as well as a good practical understanding of product development
• Fluent English spoken and written
