Consultants (m/f)
Used Car Management / Rollout
Tasks and responsibilities
• Analysis of existing business processes as well as the design of new approaches for the international remarketing of used cars
• Creation of system proposals (business aspects) for IT applications including participation in user (acceptance) testing and market sign-off procedures
• International business rollout of used car processes and respective IT applications, including but not limited to stakeholder presentations in the markets, description of local requirements / adaptations as well as coordination with central development projects (both business and IT)
• Creation of concepts and design of procedures in preparation of the IT application rollout including the coordination of activities with international stakeholders
• Deployment at project sites in Sweden (Göteborg) or Germany as well as in our customers' markets worldwide
Required qualifications
• Background in the automotive industry with a focus on international sales and distribution, ideally including experience in the international consulting business
• Successfully completed university degree, preferably in business economics or mathematics / natural sciences; additional qualifications are welcome
• Methods and skills in strategy development, project management and process analysis / process modelling
• A very structured and detailed working methodology including strong analytical capabilities and implementation-oriented conceptualisation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills including poise and persuasive power, personal integrity and a high degree of customer orientation
• A high degree of social competence, team capabilities, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Fluency in written and spoken English; another language is an advantage
• Professional skills in regular MS office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Excel
• Intercultural understanding and competence including unlimited willingness to travel and a high degree of flexibility
