Professional Skill Requirements
1. Masters / Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
2. Functional/Industrial experience of two or more domains. Preferably Banking, Insurance, Retail.
3. You have experience from project management and/or work in team-oriented environments.
4. Experience in Onshore- Offshore model, strong experience of working in multiple geographical locations and different time zones.
5. Experience of working with different business cultures is a preferred.
6. You have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
7. You have a strong drive and commitment.
8. You have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
9. You want to learn and try new things.
10. You have a deep interest in how business processes work and interact.
11. You have ability to travel when required to multiple geographical locations.
12. You have proven experience of converting the business problems into technical solution.
Technical Skill requirements:
1. Mandatory:
a. 3+ years of experience in .NET Framework.
b. 3+ years of experience in C#, VB.NET.
c. 3+ years of experience in Enterprise content management tool, preferably IBM Case Manager, Filenet P8
d. 3+ years of experience in SQL Server.
e. 3+ years of experience in Web Services, Web API, ASP.NET MVC
f. Experience in Technical Documentation, Code, Review Code, Deployment and unit testing.
Education:
Post-secondary education two years or longer:
Language
Must know: English
Good to know: Swedish
