What's in it for you?
As a Consultant within SuccessFactors you'll be working with Deloitte's market-leading HR Transformation services. Many of our clients are the largest organization in the Nordics as well as the world's strongest brands. Your work tasks include: Driving business value through strategy, the cloud and employee engagement tools
Identification of business requirements, functional and process design, configuration, implementing and defining support procedures
Contributing to new business proposals through sales activities and a deep understanding of each client's business and their future needs
Being part of an organization that's been rewarded SuccessFactors Partner of the Year, three years in a row
Contribute and grow within the Nordic SuccessFactors practice
Hold a certification in 1 or several modules for SuccessFactors
What are we looking for?
You probably have a strong passion for HR as well as for technology that can change the world. We will provide you with the appropriate support to continually develop yourself, add real value and build credibility in the industry from an early stage. Let's get together if you can check the following: You have a bachelor's or master's degree in related field
You have consultancy experience and practical HR Technology experience
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to hold workshops and deliver high quality presentations to our clients
You are professional at communicating messages in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing
Former SuccessFactors experience or certification in SuccessFactors is beneficial but not a must have
