YOU WILL
In your role as Consultant Unit Manager you will be responsible of leading and developing your team. It is important that you understand Maverick's business offer and that you can develop their clients. You will be part of a creative team of frontend developers, UX-designers, copy writers, analytics, strategists, project leaders, art directors and sales managers. As Maverick's Consultant Unit Manager you will be part of the management team and based at Sigma's offices at Lindholmen; in the heart of a thriving community of technology and innovation.
YOU ARE
We are looking for a person with a passion for communication and technology, either you have worked with frontend development /project management or creative strategies. To be successful in the role we believe that you have experience from either a digital agency or consultancy. Excellent people skills are key and we believe that you enjoy challenges, a dynamic environment and to create processes and structure. We think that you have a hands-on attitude and ability to switch between coaching team members one minute and presenting a complex project plan to a high caliber client the next minute.
