We are changing our IT organization to match the future needs from our customers. We are creating a new Consultant Responsible (CoR) team within central Sourcing and are now looking for our next super star!
The function IT Consultant Procurement, within IT Sourcing, is responsible for the entire procurement process at the company's IT department. As a Consultant Responsible you are first point of contact for our Delivery Area's and Functions and you will be working in a close-knit team with other CoR's.
Together with your team and IT Consultant Procurement you will be responsible for the entire consultant procurement process. You will have a lot of contact with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals and to be a part of our success. To be successful in this role we therefore believe you like to work in a dynamic team, have the ability to prioritize between tasks and are very communicative and service-minded.
You will be located at our IT department in Marievik, where we have an activity-based workplace for you to have the best possible conditions for flexible and creative work.
What you will do
Administrate the whole consultant procurement process from start to finish: register job ads, scan CVs, interviews, create accounts, order equipment for new and in-place consultants
• Contract Management
• Interact with offshore vendors regarding resource fulfillment on operational level in accordance with the division Vendor Governance Model
• Act as first line support for all consultant related questions from consultants or other stakeholders
• Introduce, follow up and end consultants
• Close cooperation with Staff Responsible's to make sure the resource management will get the best competence and value and for money
• Secure that the IT-consultant procurement process is followed and improved when needed
• Team up with Consultant Sourcing (IT-consult)
• Educate internal customers in the consultant procurement process
Who you are
You have previous experience in working with Office 365
• Very good at communicating in Swedish and English
• You are structured and organized and like administration
• You have a service-oriented mindset
• You are a great team player
• Experience of working with vendors is meriting
About the job
Fulltime. Our client would like you to start 2020-01-20 and the assignment is expected to run until 2020-06-18. The company has chosen to use the recruitment and staffing company Next u in this recruitment. You will be employed as a consultant at Next u and will be placed at our client office.
Location: The position is based in Stockholm city.
