We are now looking for a Consultant Purchaser. Your main responsibilities includes consultant purchasing administration, contract management, negotiations and supporting divisions in the purchasing process and procure external expertise from our vendors,. Consultant purchasing administration is a big part of your daily job, you work with different systems parallel and you have a structured way of working. You will hold internal trainings within the consultant purchasing area.
You will work closely with internal customers and Vendors to find the perfect result to make win-win for all parties involved. You love to negotiate and finalize an agreement. In your role you will make a difference and find the best deal possible in every consultant purchasing.

In your role it is important to maintain several contacts on multiple levels, working with parallel assignments and expand your business skills and build long-term relationships.

As a Consultant purchaser you will be part of the Consultant procurement team within the IT Sourcing function.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Consultant Purchaser comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Support Internal customers with consultant purchasing process
• Handle procurement administration
• Negotiate with vendors and customers to make best result
• Understand and interpret consultant framework agreements
• Hold trainings within the consultant purchasing area
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Several years of experience of procurement
• Strong administratively
• Excellent negotiator
• Accurate and discrete
• Great communicator and pedagogic
• Excellent in English and Swedish both in written and spoken
It would be beneficial if you have a previous experience of Procurement of Consultant Services and experience of business law.
