Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze client requirement to provide best solutions/offerings
• Analyzing client?s critical success factors (CSFs) and providing support in preparing value propositions that addresses the CSFs
• Providing support for detailing the identified potential solutions/offerings
• Connect with Larger TCS (Technological Excellence Groups, Alliance Partners, Innovation Labs, etc), alliance partners and involve them to create potential solutions/offerings
• Participate in reviewing, reporting, resolving, mitigating and escalating RPI/RFP response risks and issues as appropriate
• Develop cost models that can be positioned as key differentiator along with all the stakeholders
• Documenting RFI/RFP responses and supporting documents
• Preparation of Business Cases/Approach Notes along with Subject Matter Experts to position new offerings
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Atleast 4 years experience in the following:
• Bid management in onsite-offshore model
• Developing customized solutions for clients requirements set out through RFIs/ RFPs
• IT management consulting, pre-sales
• Creation of reusable assets, collaterals and case studies
• Offerings and solution development: Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS?s existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the customers
• Experience of working in multicultural environment
• Wide experience across different customers in the BFS space
