Genuine interest and proven experience in developing and coaching people
Experience in managing IT consultants
Experience from IT consulting
Solid experience from working in an IT delivery organization
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Proven capacity to execute against set targets
Ability to, in an inspiring way, communicate vision, strategy and objectives
Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work life experience
Fluently in Swedish
