Job Mission
The operations organization aims to be a sales enabler- our performance will help us fulfil our full potential as the global leader in gripping and moving solutions. Procurement is a key player in this, driving top class performance in delivery, quality, total cost and sustainability from our supplier base. As a Sourcing Support you will take on a broad scope of responsibilities to support Sourcing managers in the daily and take an active part in driving improvements of processes and methods that we use.
Responsibilities
Support Sourcing managers with daily tasks .
Supplier compliance information and consolidation .
Update prices, terms and conditions and set up agreements in the relevant ERP systems .
Support Sourcing in extraction of drawings for RFQ purposes
Drive and monitor compliance activities in the supplier base.
Participate in new product introduction and product maintenance projects, drive strategic supplier selection, prototyping, samples and parts qualification.
Support Sourcing in Changes and quality claims resolution .
Key Interfaces
As a Sourcing assistant you will work in an international environment, closely with our global supplier base, as well as internal functions within operations, R&D, product management and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Doer and supportive with a positive attitude
Analytical with ability to collect, analyse and present data
Ability to get going and access information independently
Communicative and relationship building.
Structured with good problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task
Interest and a good understanding of various manufacturing technologies.
Experience in search, qualification and development of suppliers.
Fluency in English, oral and written
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at Sourcian Partner and work with one of our costumers.
