• Location: You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden. You are expected to travel within the Nordics and Poland
• Duration: 24-feb-2020 - 31-dec-2020

Description
The aim of the project is to transfer some development projects from some external vendors currently located in Norway, Finland and Sweden, to a newly created development center in Wroclaw, Poland in order to strengthen the internal organization and be less dependent of external vendors. As a Project Manager in this project you need to have a good understanding of agile software development and have long experience within project management and for similar projects. You need to hold good communication skills and be able to network on all levels in the organization, both with internal stakeholders and externally. In your daily work you will work with several agile teams in different countries.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Have long experience of similar projects as a Project Manager
• Hood understanding of agile software development with a DevOps mindset
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Be structured, good communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Experience of working in an international environment with project members in several countries Able to be based in Stockholm for this assignment. Also able to travel within the Nordics and Poland.
Preferred competence and experience:
• Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
• Experience of working in an international environment with project members in several countries
