Description
Accelerating the Open banking enabling technology by building world class APIs that are published and documented in the clients Developer portal, and consumed by external partners and 3rd parties.
• The API developer will be a key person to raise development teams competence within the API area, by providing hands-on support and provide extra delivery capacity in teams with specific limited periods.
• The API developer secures develop guidelines and updates these accordingly to enable a great developer experience.
• Member of team API governance, responsible for the clients API Platform, guidelines and best practices as well as coaching/support of delivery teams. The team is also responsible for packaging and deploying APIs to the clients external developer portal.
• The API developer is expected to be updated with the best practices outside of the client and help the organization to push the limits of our technology according to our business- and customer needs
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Software developer (preferably fullstack) comfortably coding in C# as well as relevant web technologies such as OAuth2, Javascript etc.
• Excellent knowledge of API technology (RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP, API mgmt, tools etc.) and API design (API First etc).
• Great understanding of the developer experience, and the capability to translate that to world class API design in accordance with market best practices.
