Ericsson Management Consulting is Ericsson's internal management consultancy. We work closely with Ericsson's Executive Team to deliver break-through impact through engagements on strategy, organization, corporate finance, sales, operations, and change. You will:
Engage with senior client executives and their teams to understand and advise on their business problems
Define project workstreams and approaches for solving client problems and arrive at useful recommendations
Take full responsibility for delivering one or more project workstreams from start to end
Lead teams of both SPP analysts and client stakeholders
Be the day-to-day manager of project workstream activities
Be an inspiration role model for your SPP colleagues
Use your consulting experience to bring best practices and methodologies
Contribute as a subject matter expert within one or several areas relevant for SPP


To be successful in the role you must have:
2-3 years of full-time work experience from top-tier management consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or similar experience (e.g. from investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy)
Experience in delivering management consulting projects / project workstreams, including project/workstream planning, problem structuring, and team and client management
Excellent academic track record from globally recognized business and/or engineering schools, typically with an advanced degree (M.Sc., Ph.D. or MBA)
Excellent command of business English
Prior strategy consulting experience in Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) is highly valued but not a requirement
Solid track record of being able to structure, solve and synthesize complex business problems
