As part of a team, carry out healthcare consulting projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, patient satisfaction and/or healthcare provider satisfaction
Carry out analysis to identify potential improvement areas
Interview healthcare providers (physicians, nurses, administrators, etc.) and patients to support current state assessments and analysis
Assist in leading workshops with healthcare providers (physicians, nurses, administrators, etc.) aimed at develop new solutions or new ways of working
Support Philips Design's designers and architects with project management and care flow insights during design projects (concept or detailed planning for new healthcare facilities)
Support HTS business development
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant university degree preferably within engineering, business or healthcare (physician, nurse, etc).
Management (or IT) consulting experience within the healthcare sector
Experience from projects (performance improvement, financial improvement, strategy, co-create, etc.) that exceed client expectations
Strong project management skills
Fluent in English and Nordic language(s); at least one Nordic language fluently
Knowledge of IT or digital strategy projects within the healthcare and public sectors is preferred
A track record of supporting and/or generating professional service sales is preferred
Some travel, mainly in Sweden will be required (10-40%).
