hela Sverige Consular Runner K2 the Global Relocation Management and Global Mobility Advisory Services business is looking for a dedicated Consular Runner to support K2 Team with a distribution, submission and delivery of immigration documentation to foreign Embassies, Visa Application Centers and Swedish authorities based in Stockholm. TasksThis a perfect role for someone who is flexible and wishes to work a few hours per week. The flexible role will require you to provide support to the K2 Immigration Team on the following days and times:· Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 9:00-12:00As a Consular Runner you will be deliver and submit documents to Embassies and/or Visa Application Centers of our clients. You will deliver and manage postal services and make payments for visa applications and also, certify documents at authorized institutions and K2 partners. We are located in the heart of Stockholm on Kungsgatan 60, a few minutes' walk from the Central Station.About YouWe are looking for a positive and flexible team player; a highly responsible individual who is willing to work in a multicultural environment. You speak English and Swedish fluently and you are also supportive and possess basic administrative experience.
