hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos S.A Design House AB i Helsingborg We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to join our company and take responsibility for supervising and coordinating various construction projects in Helsingborg and the surrounding area.
As a Construction Supervisor, you will have an important role in the daily operation of our construction projects. You will coordinate work on site, support employees and subcontractors, follow project schedules and ensure that the work is carried out according to drawings, technical specifications, quality requirements and applicable safety regulations.
Main responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating daily construction activities
Planning and allocating work on construction sites
Reading and interpreting construction drawings, technical drawings and project documentation
Coordinating employees, subcontractors and other parties involved in the projects
Following project schedules and ensuring that work progresses according to plan
Monitoring quality and ensuring that work is performed according to specifications
Identifying and solving practical and technical issues during construction
Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
Supporting material and resource planning
Reporting project progress and potential deviations
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant experience within the construction industry and a good understanding of construction processes.
Relevant education may include Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Technology or another related field. Equivalent professional experience within construction may also be considered.
You should have:
Good ability to read and understand construction and technical drawings
Experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory or coordinating role
Good planning and organisational skills
Ability to lead and coordinate employees and subcontractors
Good problem-solving skills
Good understanding of quality and safety requirements in construction
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Good communication skills in English
A flexible and solution-oriented approach
Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously
Driving licence (Category B) is an advantage
Personal qualities
We are looking for a responsible, structured and reliable person with strong leadership skills. You should be comfortable making decisions, communicating with different parties and adapting to changing circumstances on construction sites.
You are expected to take ownership of your projects and contribute to a professional, safe and efficient working environment.
