The Expansion function is here to support in adding meaningful growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining our real estate portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
Job Description
On this journey we 're all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Construction Project Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the Construction & Facilities (C&F) team in the sales market. Together with the C&F team you secure a complete store lifecycle focus including investments, long-term cost, quality, sustainability, and compliance.

Key responsibilities including areas such as:
Leading, managing and organizing construction projects with a high level of professionalism and according to routines, company policies, guidelines and local legislation.
Being responsible of preparing and presenting budgets and solid business cases.
Optimizing planning and following up tools, driving improvement actions and sharing learnings and best practices with colleagues.
Following-up on cost and suppliers to secure financial transparency, driving tendering and contracting for projects.
Coordinating design, execution, and logistics for projects.

Qualifications
We see that you have strong communication skills and holistic mind set, understanding business needs and requirements. You have the ability to prioritize, especially in circumstances where you are put under pressure and with tight deadlines. You are comfortable managing several stakeholders and various projects and tasks simultaneously. Through strong teamwork and clear communication, you secure that relevant stakeholders receive needed information on time. You are positive, embrace challenges and have a growth/agile mindset.

Besides your personality we see that you have:
Previous working experience from Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate, preferably within the retail industry.
Experience managing external suppliers, follow-up on contractual obligations and working in a role with several stakeholders.
A degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
A good understanding of technical installations (such as HVAC, Fire Safety systems, electrical installations etc.), procurement, health & safety, facility or construction management techniques.
Experience and any certificate within project management is meriting.
Can understand, read, speak and write English at an advanced level.
Flexibility to travel within the sales market on a frequent basis.
