Our client, a reputable company with a wide range of major projects involving Marine FPSO Topside Modules Construction related to Oil and Gas Industry is looking for experienced Construction Managers to join their team.
Job description:
Ensure the implementation of HSE procedures for construction and pre-commissioning
Ensure the implementation of site quality plan
Responsible for the day-to-day construction, operational and administrative activities at site.
In charge of worker's relocation (for all trades) / approval and to oversee all skid fabrication projects.
Responsible to client and Project Manager for construction as scheduled.
Responsible for preparation of planning and progress report every week and report to the Project Manager and client.
Monitor progress closely, identify problem areas and initiate action plans and involve Project Manager when necessary.
Coordinate activities of various disciplines during construction phase.
Control activities of sub-contractors from the point of view of productivity, safety, regulations, quality and schedule.
• Keep site discipline at the highest levels.
• Familiar with scope of work as given by the client and as given to subcontractor for the project.
Take charge together with Project Manager in planning the overall construction sequence for smooth work implementation.
Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Ensure/manage the Mechanical Completion activity by "System & Sub-System" as clearly identified by Commissioning
Experience:
3-10 years of relevant experience in the offshore industry and experience from operation / operations at sea.
English: Fluent
Flexible, targeted, cooperation, negotiation experience, experience on decision making.
Understanding Agreement, systematic, interdisciplinary understanding between economy / technology.
