What you'll do
Right now, we are looking for a Construction Manager for our Construction team. In this role you will report to our Head of Site Execution and work within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for executing construction activities on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery across multiple work fronts.
As Construction Manager, you will drive day-to-day field execution within your assigned area. You will coordinate contractors, ensure work readiness, and maintain momentum on site while resolving issues and keeping teams aligned with project priorities.
Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well.
Drive daily construction activities to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and schedule targets
Maintain short-term lookahead plans (3-6 weeks) to secure readiness of materials, resources, and access
Coordinate with EPCM and contractors to track progress, constraints, and execution priorities
Validate work readiness, ensuring permits, drawings, materials, and resources are in place
Identify and resolve field issues, clashes, and productivity barriers
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Participate in coordination meetings, site walkdowns, and SIMOPS planning
Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and upcoming needs to the Area Construction Manager

Experience in construction execution within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of field coordination, sequencing, and construction practices
Experience working with contractors, EPCM, and multiple work fronts on site
Ability to manage short-term planning and lookahead scheduling
Solid knowledge of safety standards, work readiness processes, and quality requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and hands-on approach with strong presence on site
