You should
• have a good experience in supervising and inspections of a wide variety of projects, including the building of all types of residential, commercial, and industrial structures, roads, bridges, schools, and hospitals.
• Oversee specialized contractors and other personnel.
• able to manage the raw materials and oversight of inventory, purchasing and supplies.
• have the ability to read and interpret most kind of engineering documentation .
• have the ability to work in accordance to laws and regulations stipulated in Sweden.
• have ten years of experience of being a general foreman and preferably acted as a team leader for seven years.
• have the ability to read and follow engineering plans for different kind of buildings and write field reports about all stages of the work.
• have a good experience in contributing in budgeting, controlling costs and keeping the organization on track financially.
• be able to manage the human resources tasks include determining needs, hiring employees, overseeing assignment of employees and planning staff development.
• be able to arrange staff members in various professional levels and create work schedules, vacation plans and guidelines for the office.
• be able to lead and supervise the work of a team that have various specializations and be able to follow up their progress with written reports.
• have ten years of experience from administrative tasks and preferably acted as a team leader for seven years.
About you:
You preferably hold a diploma in civil engineering combined with commercial competence, which you have supplemented with experience of construction operations. You also need strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Arabic, written and spoken alike. We like to see that previous positions have made you an experienced leader who brings enthusiasm and energy to the business and foster a culture of teamwork. Strong business acumen and a results-oriented personality are other crucial qualities of yours. Moreover, you are responsive and good at networking as well as comfortable with making crucial decisions
