To sell, plan and deliver gardening construction to end users / customers in a given geographical area, through the effective management of teams of staff to the satisfaction of customers at a profit.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our construction division delivers gardening construction to private persons and housing communities in the Stockholm area. The division has 8 employees working in 3 teams delivering services such as stone patios, stone walls, new lawns, planting of hedges and other garden construction work. As a construction division manager, you will visit and communicate with our customers, write offers and take orders, and plan the work. You work together with our garden architect that, in addition to providing garden plans and garden design, will assist in the order taking and management of customer issues.
The work requires a high level of customer service orientation with an ability to understand the customer's real needs beyond those expressed initially and a commitment to devise services and products that match these needs. You will be managing the teams together with your team leader, requiring an ability to develop individual and team goals that contribute to the company development and encourage team members to understand their priorities and objectives.
You are responsible for the efficient sales and delivery of our gardening construction services and, in general, the economic performance and profitability of the construction division. Experience of working in or running a small company business as well as experience of sales and project management is meriting. The work requires an achievement drive and commitment, and an understanding of the economic aspects of running a company and the risks in projects.

Driving licence B-level or BE
Education / Training and experience of garden construction
Experience of sales and customer contact
Excellent Swedish and English
ReGarden is a gardening company with head office in Upplands Väsby. We offer gardening service and garden construction to private persons and housing communities. We operate in the whole Stockholm area, from Knivsta to Södertälje since 2014.
