We are looking for a Construction and Project process Executive
As Construction and Project process Executive you are responsible for developing the full project process for all kind of store projects incl. process for project execution. You work with (have the functional responsibility) the Architect/Order team as your resources to fulfil the delivery of store project drawings and order/project support . You will report to Head of Expansion.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
Store project process development incl. providing instructions/templates to country/franchise project organizations.
Responsible for resource planning for the architect/order team as well as the overall yearly resource plan for store projects
Contracting sub-contractors for store project execution
Secure store projects in new markets within AB Lindex and Franchise for the necessary amount of projects before hand over to Country/Franchise org.
Produce and hold the store standard documents up to date incl. legal responsibilities on both buying & performing parties.
In procurements and evaluation of suppliers you provide necessary expertise within your area of responsibilities.
Perform quality control of hardware as well as for our services in house (for ex. drawings and order data) and/or external (for ex. suppliers and subcontractors).
Act as an advisory resource for Country Expansion Mgr & Franchise department in store project construction issues.
To succeed in this role you need documented experience of relevant construction work, advanced project planning skills incl. resource planning, project execution and development, quality controls of sub-contractors and suppliers within the construction area.
Knowledge of legislation around construction sites incl. responsibilities in both public areas as well as closed construction sites.
Computer knowledge in word, excel, power point and advanced ArchiCad.
You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English and have drivers license at least B-level.
Competence in Lean way of working and international experience is meritorious as well as is a large network of contacts with in the retail construction/supplier/sub-contractor industry.
