hela Sverige As Product Specialist within Connectivity (e.g. 3/4/5G, WiFi, BT etc.), you will be deeply engaged in developing and maintaining the Connectivity needed to deliver our current and future services. You will work in close co-operation with Sales, Regions, Technology and Digital and IT.
Telematics connectivity to our machines is an important enabler for the growing part of Volvo CE's service business. Hence, the development, maintenance and quality of the connectivity we provide is of growing importance.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the Roadmap development of Connectivity.
Understand, analyse and translate customer needs into viable technical solutions
Manage maintenance and roll out and of Connectivity solutions to new markets
Track and identify Connectivity issues, take action(s) to solve these
Monitor the quality of the Connectivity
Provide technical support as a subject matter expert
Participate in VCE's projects as Connectivity systems expert.

Besides the operational responsibility, you are expected to question the status quo, look for continuous improvements in ways of working and inspire and motivate your peers.
Required competencies:
We prefer if you have a Masters or Bachelor of Science within Engineering or IT. Good understanding of construction industry, heavy vehicle industry and services. Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
