We are looking for a Configuration Manager to the Finance Sector.
Job description
• The work will develop, test and implement new and changing existing investment flows at the customer.
The mission is to identify and maintain detailed release system components CM-wise.
Assignment description
• Configuration Manager will work practical on the release level:
• Keeping detailed information about the release system components
• Ensure that the release system components versions are handled and that the CM documentation maintained
• Be in control of installations of the release system components in the various test environments with delivery project's CM accountable
• Provide input on how proposed changes affect a release from a CM-perspective
• Support for parallel development is the management phase (eg branching and merging in place and followed )
• Continually identify risks from a CM-perspective and further develop the CM-procedures
• Secure that the CM-routines at program level are met within their own project
• Ensures that the correct release is loaded in the project test environments and that the
release module in QC are kept up to date
Required competence
• Broad knowledge of various technology platforms
• Planning and coordination quality
• Documented experience from practically CM work in development and testing of major projects / programs, which means well-versed in the various platform technologies tools to
support the CM management (TFS, SourceSafe, ClearCase etc.), CM-processes
• Candidate must be good team players with attention to detail, self-disciplined, able to manage their own time and workload, proactive and motivated
• Candidate shall also have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
Wanted competence
• Knowledge in the securities market field
