Accept the challenge
bwin Games AB is looking for a committed Configuration Manager (CM) to work for Service Operations within the ITIL framework.
The CM focuses on establishing and maintaining consistency of the poker system?s functional and physical attributes, keeping operational information updated throughout its lifecycle. With a ?best in class? CMDB you will be a part of creating the foundation for successful IT operations, where the overall goal is to achieve the highest possible availability of the poker systems. The CM work will be both operational and strategic.
Your place at the table
The Configuration Manager (CM) is responsible for development of the Configuration Management process, the CMDB and guidelines for keeping the CMDB up to date. A part of your work will be securing the CM process, from an operations and maintenance perspective, in the organization. This will also include implementation of clearly defined routines connected to the CM process together with alignment with other processes where Configuration Mgmt is a part. The 2 most natural synchronization points are Software Configuration Mgmt and Change Mgmt.
The CM will have great opportunity to drive process development and shape the process and tools used in a lean environment. Furthermore the CM work will also facilitate adherence to legal obligations and help in financial and expenditure planning.
CM Tasks:
• Create a CM roadmap and secure executution according to it
• Secure routines for keeping the CMDB up to date
• Definitions and standards needed within the CM process
• Interface towards other Service Mgmt processes ensuring effective integration with the CM process
Your gaming skills and experience
• Experience from working as a Configuration Manager or similar
• Academic degree in areas of computer science or other relevant technical education
• Professional attitude towards the business
• Service-mindedness and a pride of delivering good service to customers
• Drive to deliver to deadline, project management skills is an advantage
• Excellent skills in written as well as spoken English
• ITIL certification (minimum foundation level)
• Preferably experience from IT operations environment.

You are a self-starter, analytic, structured and can fluently express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. You are structured and have a strong administrative personality combined with technical knowledge. You are used to take initiatives and can prioritize and deliver successful results on the assignments that come your way. With a communicative, quality-conscious and team playing mindset you will be our perfect player!
