hela Sverige We are looking for a service minded and structured person with great IFS skills.
You are a true team worker and understand product structures, production planning and material handling in IFS and you are eager to support your colleagues using your skills and knowledge.
Your role
In this role you will be placed in Karlskoga and your main task is to manage Product Configuration Control within the production unit. As a complement to this task you will also act as support to the missile projects in Karlskoga regarding product structures, as-built-structures and traceability within our PDM system (IFS). You will be a part of a diverse team where help is always close at hand.
The main tasks are:
* Attend to the CCB (Configuration Change Board) to monitor and secure that the decisions made will work from a production stand point.
* Import parts/articles from design to production (in the PDM-system) and update the product structures when a Change Order is released.
* Create Change notices for the production personnel as part of the change process
* If needed create repair-structures for parts
* Act as a support to project managers and production engineers with regards to product structures etc. in IFS.
Your profile
You are service minded and really like to support your colleagues in any way you can. You like to work with IFS and can easily see, understand and follow "the flows" in the system. You are naturally structured.
Required skills:
* Minimum two years of experience working with IFS and production/product structures
* Good communication skills, verbal and written
* Understanding of production and what is needed from an production engineering and quality stand point with regards to production planning/drawings/descriptions in order to make it producible.
Desired skills:
* Experience from Configuration Management
* Production planning or Production engineering background
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

You will be a part of the Project Management Office within production and collaborate with multiple functions and professionals in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth.
The Project Management Office RPM supports the two Business Units; Missile Systems and Underwater Systems. The team you will join consists of both new and experienced project managers, estimation managers and configuration managers based in Linköping and Karlskoga.
