About the role
As Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of CMDB, software and hardware configurations and working with configuration management tools You will be implementing processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our software configurations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all configuration management (CM) related activities and should be able to develop and maintain CM plans, policies, procedures, and associated documentation. Perform audits of systems and software to verify compliance with established baselines.
Our ideal candidate
Strong experience as Configuration Manager with excellent skills in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery. Should be an expert in consulting the configuration management process and implementing it.
Thorough experience in Consulting or relevant project experience with premier organization(s)
Hands on experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our software configurations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all configuration management (CM) related activities and should be able to develop and maintain CM plans, policies, procedures, and associated documentation.
Perform audits of systems and software to verify compliance with established baselines.
Experience in managing and control changes to baseline configurations, audit compliances.
