Kongsberg Automotive is now looking for a Configuration Manager who would like to be part of the future development of our products. We are aiming to constantly be in the forefront of our product areas.
The position is based at Kongsberg Automotive
Technical Centre in Mullsjö, Sweden.
What will you do?
A Configuration Manager (CM) within R&D is responsible for development of the configuration strategy for R&D in compliance with international standards such as ISO-26262, ASPICE and ISO/TS-16949.
Coaching of the development team in how to ensure compliance with CM strategies is as well an important part of the daily work.
What will you be responsible for?
Define, maintain & follow up compliance with CM strategies such as
Baseline and branching strategies
Strategies for work product management
Product releases
Document planning
Change management
Defect management
Who are you?
BSc/MSc in computer science, systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering or equivalent
Work experience from similar position with experience from the tool suite used within R&D
Experience from process and method development
Knowledge of requirements engineering tools and methods (Doors Next used at KA)
Beneficial with experience from IBM Jazz platform and concept of Global Configurations
Experience of establishing and maintaining global project configurations
Experience of governing review processes for project work products
Experience from:
Source code repository tools such as SVN and Git
Task/Change management tools such as IBM CCM & Atlassian JIRA
SAP PLM and Easy DMS for document management
Good English language skills, Swedish is an advantage
Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage.
