hela Sverige Our Cyber Security business unit develops products and services to increase the level of cyber security in Saabs portfolio and we strive to become the premier provider of a secure cloud based platform even outside Saabs portfolio.
The rapid ongoing digitalization demands continuously improved and updated cyber security capability and data protection to maintain the privacy, integrity and availability of data and systems.
We develop a secure cloud based platform that takes full advantage of the benefits of virtualization without compromising cyber security including tool chains that enables continuous compliance with high release velocity.

Your role
As a Configuration Manager, you will plan, implement and drive the configuration management work. This includes creating systematic workflow and define and maintain structure in processes that meets the company's requirements and policies. You will be responsible for the configuration management process. You will be a key player in developing common ways of working within the organization.
The position consists of:
* Ensure the establishment of the CM environment, which includes plan, implement and drive the CM work in the organization
* Work actively with the configuration items through the development life cycle
* Define and maintain product structure
* Educate and support the organization in CM related issues
* Work with baseline strategies for product development and delivery organization

Your profile
To be successful in this position, you have a structured mind and enjoys being a key player in developing common ways of working within the configuration management. You are working in a similar role today where you get to use your analytic and structured skills.
Required skills/experience:
* 3+ years' experience as a Configuration Manager
* Master's degree in Computer Science or other equivalent background
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
As a person, you are communicative and open in your ways of working, and with a high collaborative ability. You are agile and don't mind keeping a high paste when needed. You have the ability to independently initiate, drive and make decisions. You are interested in developing with SAAB in order to move yourself, our customers and the company forward. You are confident in yourself and thrive in challenging environments where there are plenty of opportunities.
