Opportunity:
The Configuration Management Team is part of the Quality Assurance Department within Product Development at Jeppesen Göteborg, Sweden. We are now looking for professionals with a strong technical and software development background.
As a member of our growing CM team at Product Development, you will work with configuration management plans, build systems, version control systems and maintenance of build & development environments.
Must Have Skills:
Academic education in computer science or engineering
At least 3 years of technical CM experience
Solid understanding of CM role in the software development process
Experience writing Configuration Management Plans
Experience of developing/maintaining building environments on Windows platform
Hands-on experience with CVS, Make, Maven, Ant, Bash, Python
Nice To Have Skills:
Experience supporting mixed Unix/Windows environments
Experience supporting Component Based Development
Hands-on experience using distributed VCS (Mercurial, Git, Bazaar, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Java, C/C++ compilers/linkers and debuggers in the Unix environment
