The IKEA Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) technology team within technical services are currently seeking a Configuration Lead to work within the team, to ensure that the delivery of our innovative services, are fully managed in-line with IKEA CM standards and procedures. This involves capturing the functional/non-functional requirements, design, and operational information throughout each product's lifecycle. You will also assist with the development of migration plans and help oversee deployment.
Operationally manage and implement the Configuration Management (CM) processes and procedures.
Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Configuration Management Plans (CMPs) as required.
Identify, document, and baseline Configuration Items (Cis).
Maintain configuration control for baseline environments.
Ensure all changes to the process methods and processes are properly approved, communicated and managed throughout the CM lifecycle.
Manage and maintain software inventory.
Provide subject matter expertise, direction, and guidance on the toolset utilized.
As part of the CM process, change management operational activities, such as assisting the team with the change request process will also part of your duties.
A release management understanding would be advantageous.
The position is located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
