This essential role is critical in delivering high quality customer service and organizing the operational details around our business to business event portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Event Operations, the conference coordinator will be responsible for their own events and will have control of all of the logistics and coordination aspects including:
• Key Stakeholder support
o Speaker and trainer communication and coordination
o Sponsor and exhibitor after-sales support and communication
o Delegate/attendee support
• Event delivery requirements
o Venue identification, booking and negotiation
o Sponsorship and Exhibition
o Audio visual and technology
o Food and beverage
o Signage and branding
Ideal skills
• Fluent Swedish and excellent English both written and verbal
• A track record of event coordination in a B2B commercial environment
• Good negotiation skills
• Experience of working to a budget
• Strong administrative skills and ability to self-organise with deep attention to detail
