Sheraton Stockholm Hotel is an iconic property centrally located in Stockholm, offering 463 newly renovated guest rooms, a vibrant food and beverage scene as well as a top-of-the-line meeting space.

We are looking for a service-minded Concierge with a true love for hospitality and a talent for anticipating guests' needs. You are someone who brings warmth, presence, and an effortlessly refined approach to every interaction, creating experiences that feel personal, memorable, and genuinely welcoming.
You will report directly to our Head Concierge and together with the Guest Relations Department will define the exceptional service standards that our property will be known for.


As a Concierge, you are a true experience-maker; curious, well-connected, and effortlessly personable. You introduce guests to our hotel and the best of Stockholm, offering thoughtful guidance, hidden-gem tips, and seamless support throughout their stay. With a blend of intuition, cultural fluency, and authentic style, you create meaningful moments and smooth solutions that feel personal, relaxed, and distinctly reflective of our lifestyle-driven hotel culture.


Key Responsibilities
* Warmly welcome guests and build genuine rapport before, during, and after their stay
* Provide expert local knowledge and tailored recommendations of Stockholm's culture, restaurants, nightlife, arts, shopping, and experiences
* Arrange transportation services, restaurant reservations, tours, wellness bookings, and VIP experience appointments.
* Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service
* Handle special requests with confidentiality, discretion, and efficiency
* Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams
* Maintain updated knowledge of local trends, new venues, cultural happenings, and city logistics
* Ensure all interactions reflect a luxury service mindset and the hotel's brand standards
* Support international guests with cultural sensitivity and multilingual communication when possible
* Support, train, and guide both Guest Relations and Front Desk team members to ensure a high level of service throughout the hotel
* Exemplify LQA-guided service qualities through a calm and gracious presence, clear communication, proactive solutions, and sincere hospitality

Your Profile
* Passionate ambassador of Stockholm with good knowledge of the Stockholm local scene in terms of food and beverage, retail, arts and culture, and upscale services
* Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury or upscale hospitality
* Fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages are an advantage
* Natural hospitality mindset with strong emotional intelligence
* Poised, calm, and solutions-oriented in all guest interactions
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Proficient in hotel systems (Opera/Protel) and Microsoft Office
* Flexible and adaptable to varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
