We are on an exciting journey, changing from a manual push driven approach to data driven interactions with focus on customer life events and needs. We are looking for you who can help us become more data driven in proposition (Campaign and Next Best Actions) idea generation as well as optimize future customer propositions based on continuous monitoring and analysis of proposition results and customer activities.

About the job Business area Group Customer Value Management (GCVM) is responsible for strengthening customer loyalty through proactive, relevant and tailored offers based on insights from customer behavior, propensity models, channel interactions and other data sources.

As part of Campaign Management Swedish Banking you will join us in transforming from working with ad-hoc one off campaigns towards a data driven approach connected to customer life event based journeys. As a Concept Marketing Manager you work with ensuring a customer insight driven approach to develop high relevant customer proposition (Campaigns and Next Best Actions) in an Omni-channel context.

Main responsibilities are;

Cooperate closely with colleagues and the team to describe customer life event journeys, corresponding customer needs, and suitable propositions, with focus on creation of proposition content
Responsible for content creation via internal Copywriter and external content provider in all available channels based on context, timing/ behavior/preference/segment
Ensure that relevance, sales and customer satisfaction targets on proposition level are achieved, and responsible to monitor and optimize according to set targets
Responsible for final approval of propositions including proposition logic and marketing material
Perform proposition ROI calculations

What you need to succeed You are passionate about customer and creating great customer experience. You understand what drives value for the specific customer and the business and you have the drive to make things happen.

We think that you have a background within CRM and automated marketing with a proven track record of creating right messages at the right time in the right channels. You are customer insight driven, have strong analytic skills as well as a creative mind. Adding on a prestige less and positive attitude, self-motivated and results-driven nature and a dedication to deliver high quality, then we certainly want to meet you.

Being fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral is a must. Experience from automated campaign management system such as Pega or similar and tools like QlikSense and Adobe analytics is an advantage.
