Depending on your previous experience, the level of responsibility given to you can be adapted and grow over time.

We continuously develop the complete powertrain architecture in order to increase the customer experience in a Volvo car and at the same time offer low fuel consumption and environmental friendly solutions. Examples of technologies we deal with, besides combustion engine control concepts and algorithms, is a range of brake energy recuperation solutions and optimised use of recuperated energy (mechanical or electrical). You will be responsible for one or two concepts depending on magnitude.

• Knowledge in energy consumption for propelling a vehicle
• Experience and good understanding of concept development
