hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Relatively newly formed RVC, Vehicle Concept Development, has been commissioned to be primarily responsible for the bus delivery to Qatar. It is just one of many exciting projects in which we are involved and driving. We are active in early pre-development projects, TQ projects or other initiatives to ensure that Scania's vision "Driving the shift" becomes a reality.
Your work assignments
You will work in project form where large parts of R&D or external partners will be able to be represented depending on the project. It can be about being part of a larger project or being the ones who run our own. Our projects are characterized by new exciting technology in the form of new materials, electrification, fuel cells, autonomy and more.
We believe you are an experienced designer who wants to develop further and take a leadership responsibility within the teams you work within. Depending on the project situation and workload, your role will alternate between working with concept development and taking responsibility for the team's deliveries and timeplans. Priorities will be a natural part of your role. You exercise good leadership that stimulates commitment, responsibility and initiative.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are communicative, take the initiative and who see opportunities. You have a positive attitude, you easily make new contacts and appreciate working both in teams and on your own. You need to be flexible and be prepared for the fact that conditions can change quickly in an increasingly changing world.
• You are at least a university engineer.
• You have a natural way of leading teams.
• You dare to prioritize and highlight problems that arise.
• You are genuinely curious, creative, and have an open mind.
• You have documented good skills at programs such as Catia / Enovia or similar.
• You probably have a senior position in your field today.
