Product Concepts & New Ideas is part of Axis long term technology development organization.
Our role is to explore and find new opportunities for Axis future products within our networked video business. In our team you will play a vital part bringing new ideas exciting to Axis and our future market. We have a strong technical focus and you will have the opportunity take part of the development of new features for Axis surveillance products together with passionate and skilled colleagues in an environment where engineering skills are highly valued.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you have a solid experience within embedded SW development and a broad interest in technology in general. You are a pragmatic and easy-going person with an open and curious mindset. You are communicative and enjoy teamwork. You have the ability to explain and pitch complex technology/solutions to an audience that might have different level of technical knowledge. You probably have an engineering masters degree or equivalent. The following would also be great merits:
Experience in prototyping and concept creation
Experience in embedded C and/or C++
Knowledge within deep learning and AI
Knowledge of embedded HW (SW engineer with an oscilloscope)
