Celemi is a leading, international provider of strategic communication and learning solutions. We focus on experiential learning and business simulations that deliver business results and are 'serious fun'. Celemi is looking for a Concept Developer with excellent communication skills to work at the head office in Malmö. As a Concept Developer at Celemi you will be part of a diverse, dynamic team of creative professionals. Together, you will design innovative learning solutions for international and local client organizations of varying sizes, in close cooperation with their project teams.
Your work assignments
In your role as Concept Developer, you will develop full-scale communication and learning solutions from proposal to implementation. You will need to gain a solid understanding of our clients' business challenges and needs, and your role will involve gathering and analyzing information in order to identify and bring key content to life for the learner. By using Celemi's methods and tools, you will convert conceptual model into interactive learning experiences. Like developing dialog programs and business simulations that mirror the cause/effect relationships in our clients' businesses processes.
During the development process you will run workshops with the clients for input on their challenges, needs and relevant content. In parallel to your work with customer projects you will work with ongoing maintenance and updates of our generic business simulations. This is done in close cooperation with our global sales team and our partner network. You will also support the sales team in the sales process, creating proposals of learning solutions and take part in presentations for potential clients.
As a Concept Developer you will work in a team and be part of several projects in parallel. In some projects you will take the role of project manager. As project manager, you will have the overall responsibility for delivering projects on time, quality and budget.
Your background
To be the independent and communicative Concept Developer that we seek, we believe that you should have a relevant education and at least 5 years of experience working in this field or similar. You should have experience of project work and be used to meeting deadlines. You should be a digital native and it is an advantage if you have experience working with digital learning and authoring tools. It is also an advantage if you have experience in video/film production or other moving media.
It is important that you can communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
Your personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven and analytical. You should be passionate about customers and building long-term relationships as well as human interaction, games and writing. For the role, it is also important that you have strong business acumen, are structured, communicative and a team-player. You are expected to take responsibility, help out when needed and to take initiative.
