Adways mission is to make sure that the talent their customers look for is the talent they speak to - Adways purpose is to help recruiters spend time with the candidates rather than to spend time on finding them. With their software, they help their customers automize their job adverts on social media and job boards to attract both passive and active talent.

As Adway is growing and the number of clients that are putting trust in their product is increasing, they now need to strengthen their sales department to be able to continue deliver high class, customized offerings to their clients. Therefore, they are now looking for a Concept Developer within the field of recruitment- and staffing industry to join Adway!

YOUR MISSION
You are part of a smaller sales-team that work towards clients within the recruitment and staffing industry. After your colleagues have made the perfect first impression, you will later on in the sales process, get involved to adapt a solution accordingly to clients needs.

Your mission will be to become a subject matter expert in prospects and clients businesses - by delving into the customers' organization; targeting the right people, gather information from workshops, analyse data etc; you will find and create customized ideas on how Adway can help them identify, grow and retain their target talent - the possibilities are huge! You are also the one who take the idea in to reality, taking lead in pursuing project from the start to finish.

WHO ARE YOU?
• A few years experience within B2B sales and/or business development, preferable from the recruitment and staffing-industry.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and successfully growing account.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.

• But ofcourse, most importantly you are/have:
• Creative mind with a can-do attitude; you love to solve complex problems and develop original ideas (..and to put them in to reality!).
• Analytical: you have the ability to see patterns, trends and things of note - and draw meaningful conclusions from them.
• Business driven.
• Team player with an upbeat attitude and flexibility.
